一位美工超強但不是美工的朋友介紹鳥毅使用Photoscape，他說基本功能用Photoscape修就夠了，一般人根本用不到PhotoShop。
目前的Photoscape3.2版內建繁體中文，的確很容易上手，個人覺得比起國人自製的PhotoCap更方便一些，簡易功能如去紅眼、白平衡等等比PhotoImpact更方便。
